One-on-One Sessions

Experience a deeper understanding of yourself.

While I offer single sessions, I recommend a three session approach:

Self-discovery is a journey, not a one-time event. Unlike quick-fix solutions, my approach is a thoughtful, multi-session process aimed at providing you with profound insights and lasting transformation.

Sparking Comprehensive Understanding

Life is complex with layers. I do not provide long term psychotherapy, nor do I have a magic wand that will sweep all troubles aside.  I also don’t do fortune telling. Instead we work together empowering you to employ your unique tools and gifts that (like Dorothy’s slippers) you have had at your disposal all along.

Getting Started

In our first one-hour session, from the information you have given me through email I will have already chosen tools that will help us begin to uncover what might be holding you back.  For instance, if you are looking for a Human Design reading we will look at your chart basics.  If you practice a particular religion, we might explore sacred scriptures, or we could even just make a Spotify playlist. You will see connections that drive your values and your experiences.

A Growing Glow

Once the spark has started, we get back together and compare notes. You have begun experimenting with the traits and concepts we identified in Session 1. You’ve been watching for connections in your everyday life. Meanwhile, I have been considering where we might focus next, and we will begin to explore areas where the world has scorched your ego, turning you away from instincts and gifts you should trust. We find new ways to harness your authenticity, guiding you towards balanced and sustainable growth.

Sustaining Your Inner Light

In our final session, you will direct our focus. Some people just want to focus in one area or to concentrate on navigating particular challenges. Others find they want to flit around like fireflies, enjoying the freedom of finding answers to questions they never knew they had. The goal is to ensure that what you learn guides your unique path, lighting your way with purpose and newfound possibilities.

What Do People Say?

Working with Sharon feels like the moment a worried child finds an adult to listen to her and hold her hand; her compassionate wisdom and guidance are exactly what you’re searching for. She helps you discover new tools to help navigate life’s challenges, but perhaps more importantly, she also helps you understand the tools and strength you already possess to help you thrive.

— Anna, 28

It was a really great experience that came at a time where I am trying to redesign my purpose. These exercises allowed me to thoroughly think things through and know myself a lot better.

— Christine, Age 34

This was an eye-opening experience to see who I am and who I always have been. This has really helped me understand why I’ve always been in doubt of my own existence - because of everyone else’s view of me. I appreciate you giving me this eye-opening experience. It can help me just grow as a person and great to have to lead me in the right direction and understand why I do what I do more.
